• You are responsible for clearing access to the work area before our arrival

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, service times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or previous appointments running longer than expected.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing works as follows:

• Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may apply for the plumber to assess the issue. This fee is typically waived if you proceed with the repair.
• Upfront Quotes: After diagnosis, you will receive an upfront quote for the work before any repairs begin.
• Approval Required: No work will be performed without your approval of the quoted price.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work:
